Our Hydra Joy 2 Solar Piling Rig is a solar specific pile driving rig designed for installing or removing c-section piles for solar farms, being remote track driven enables our machine to be highly capable even in difficult conditions, yet still compact enough to allow access to difficult to reach areas.
Hydra Joy 2 machine can also install Fence Posts, Barrier Piles, Screw Piles and Bore Holes as well as test drilling. The rig is utilised for multi sector purpose.
The Hydra Joy 2 main advantage is its ease of use in driving piles. Refused Piles can be drilled immediately with our dual machine. For operator safety and ease of use control is by remote control allowing the operator to remain free of the danger areas.
Site Maintenance
We operate with a Hydra SETYS Solar PV Wash Attachment. This system allows us to capture and recycle runoff water back to the system, retreating and reusing the same water multiple times, saving huge costs on-site water demands. We estimate we use 50% to 75% less site-required water than alternative methods.
We understand some sites are inaccessible or the unstable ground where the machine needs to be cannot be utilised, in these cases, we use the iSolar Motorised Dual Brush System. We are fully equipped to undertake
